How it works

Open the NCBA eKYC portal on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. No app to download — everything happens right here in your browser.

02 - Verify your identity

Confirm your email and create a secure account. We'll guide you through a quick selfie and liveness check to confirm it's really you.

03 - Upload documents

Capture a valid Passport (required), an optional secondary ID, your Proof of Address and Evidence of Income directly from your device's camera.

04 - Review & Submit

Review your Identification, Address, Source of Income and Personal Information, then submit. The whole process takes only a few minutes.
