A device with a working camera, a modern web browser, a valid email address, a valid Passport, a Proof of Address (e.g. recent utility bill) and, where applicable, an Evidence of Income document such as a recent salary slip, invoice or job letter.
Most customers complete the entire eKYC self-update in under 10 minutes, provided their documents are ready before they begin.
Data submitted through the NCBA eKYC portal is encrypted in transit and stored within our secure databases. Only authorised NCBA staff with permission to view your KYC information can access your data.
Your progress is saved once you’ve entered your email address and as you complete each step . Simply choose “Resume where you left off”, enter the email address used in the form, and a one time code will be sent to the email to enable continuing from where you last stopped.
