NCBA has been made aware of fraudsters using the Bank’s name and logo and posing as NCBA employees to contact customers through WhatsApp, Google Meet and telephone calls.
These individuals may claim that you need to update, verify or secure your account and may ask for your Online Banking username, password, PIN, One-Time Password (OTP), verification code or other banking information.
NCBA will never ask you to provide your password, PIN, OTP or verification code by telephone, WhatsApp, Google Meet, email or social media.

If you receive a suspicious call or message:

Hang up or end the conversation immediately.

Do not provide any banking or personal information.

Do not click links or join video meetings sent by the caller.

Do not share your screen or install software at their request.
