Report an online scam
If you receive suspicious e-mail that appears to come from National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd., please notify us immediately by forwarding the e-mail to service@ncbal.com. Do not open any attachments or click any links found in the suspicious e-mail.
If you believe you have provided personal or account information in response to a fraudulent e-mail or Web site, please contact National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd. at 1 (264) 497-2101/2571 and contact the other financial institutions with which you have accounts.
Use unique and difficult passwords that only you know and are hard to guess. Avoid including personal information.
Try to use different passwords for your accounts. Don't save them on your device or write them down.
Install anti-virus software on your computer and mobile phone, and learn about using a VPN for banking transactions.
Enable multi-factor authentication (such as One Time Codes) on your login accounts where available. This provides you with additional protection.
If you suspect there has been fraud on your account, don't wait - report it. The faster we know, the faster we can take measures to protect your funds.
Use alerts on your bank accounts and credit & debit cards to monitor your account activity in real time.
